Gentons Pedigree Livestock had a fantastic day with their Longhorn herd at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show, represented by two junior members Gentons Ultra and Gentons Usher ET.
Ultra is a daughter of Fishwick Macavity and was pulled in first out of a strong class of seven yearling heifers by the judge Clive Davis. Ultra then went on to become junior champion and reserve female champion.
Gentons Usher ET who is by the 2015 bull of the year, Gentons 007 James Bond and is out of Gorse Thora EX90 and is the first embryo bull calf we have shown to date. Usher was also pulled out first in his class before taking reserve junior champion behind stable mate Gentons Ultra. In the male championship Usher stood reserve to senior bull Southfield Panther.
In the pairs competition our two entries Gentons Usher ET and Gentons Ultra teamed up together to secure top of the class.
