At the recent Society AGM and presentation of awards, the Gentons herd did exceedingly well and we were delighted that in such a short showing career we won some prestigious awards.
Our senior show cow, Gorse Quesnelia took the title of Cow of the Year having been unbeaten in her cow class at all shows she’s been to.
Our senior heifer, Gentons Qasim has celebrated a fantastic year on the show circuit, leading to her being crowned Heifer of the Year, while our junior stock bull Riverlands Ratty was crowned Bull of the Year.
