Breed champion success for Qasim at the Royal Bath and West

Our first show of the season this year was a successful one with our junior bull Riverlands Ratty winning his class and then going reserve male champion. Ratty is by Riverlands Mathon and is out of Tanfield Opera.

Also winning her class and then going on to be overall champion was our senior heifer Gentons Qasim, a daughter of Oxlane Maharg out of one of our foundation females, Charnwood Julia. Standing second to Qasim in her class was Gentons Q, a Blackbrook Rochester daughter out Fishwick Natalie.

Winning the cow class was Gorse Quesnelia EX94, a March 2009-born daughter of Gorse Narcissus.

Adding further success to the show, Qasim and Q teamed up to stand reserve native interbreed pairs.
